Shannon Nicholson is the primary Instructor at K9 911, based in Cambridge, ON. Shannon is a professional firefighter, photographer, and the proud mother of two precocious Labrador retrievers Mack and Spencer.
Shannon has been instructing Pet First Aid for more then two years. She utilizes her vast hands-on experience from dealing with emergencies and also shares real-life animal stories to assist with the practical scenarios she instructs. Shannon strives to present each participant with numerous ways in which to keep their pet safe, but in the event of an emergency she also empowers them with awareness and more importantly confidence to react.
Shannon loves teaching the Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid course because it increases the chances of "happily ever after" for all the four legged family members.
We are so pleased to have Shannon as part of the Walks 'N' Wags Instructor team. She is a passionate person and strives to offer her best to the Pet First Aid community.
